Delivery Service
- All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the Purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.
- All shortages, damage or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed by writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
- Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the couriers POD and a delivery note which the goods have been signed as unchecked, short or damaged as appropriate.
- By arrangement all deliveries should be carefully checked-in to ensure correct garments are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or short deliveries.
- Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.
Delivery Lead Times
Printed and Embroidered ClothingPlease allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for delivery from artwork sign off and order confirmation. However we will always try to be flexible if you have an urgent enquiry or need to meet a specific date. Talk to our sales team and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Plain Clothing
Providing items are in stock, they can be dispatched to you within 5-7 Working Days.
Teamwear and Club Shop Items
All Teamwear and Club Shop Items can take 2-3 weeks to be delivered as all items are made to order.
Delivery Charges
£6.75 including VAT*
* For orders to UK mainland addresses only but excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery charges to Isle of Man, Channel Islands,Northern Ireland and all Scottish Highlands are price on application. We can also ship overseas at cost. This cost is based on plain clothing; embroidered or printed items may vary. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Please note:
- Our preferred courier is DPD Local
- Weekday deliveries to commercial addresses can be any time up to 6pm.
- Deliveries to residential addresses can arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm.
- Guaranteed morning deliveries (from 7am onwards) and Saturday delivers are possible: contact our sales team for further information and prices.
- We cannot leave items without a signature.
