Customer Returns Policy:
Pro Sports Kit UK must be informed of all returns in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods to entitle you to return the item(s) for a refund. Please email info@prosportskit.uk to notify us and request a Returns Authorisation (RMA) Number. Pro Sports Kit UK will not accept returns after 14 days of you receiving the items. If you receive a product that you deem to be faulty, please notify us of the fault and we will issue you a returns authorisation number. Once we receive your written RMA request, within 5 working days, you will receive an email from Pro Sports Kit UK’s Returns Department with confirmation of whether your request has been accepted and issue you with an Authorised RMA Number and return address.
No goods can be returned to Pro Sports Kit UK without a returns authorisation number (RMA). Any item returned without an authorised RMA number will result in your return being refused and any costs will be your responsibility.
All items that are accepted for return must be unworn, in the original condition and in the original packaging, with the original labels attached. All items must be returned within 7 working days of receiving our official RMA number. If items are returned without the original tags and labels or packaging, Pro Sports Kit UK will not accept them as fit for resale and no refund will be given.
Pro Sports Kit UK are unable to accept returns on any product that have been personalised which include printed and embroidered with the exception of the item being faulty or incorrectly shipped.
The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send back items, such as Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery. Refund of shipping return costs are only applicable on goods sent faulty or incorrectly by Pro Sports Kit UK.
When requesting an exchange, customers are responsible for any costs related to the return of the items. Pro Sports Kit UK will then return the exchanged items at no extra charge.
Size guides on Pro Sports Kit UK’s website are manufacturer’s suggested sizes. As a result, we always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase, especially children’s sizes. Pro Sports Kit UK accept no responsibility for goods which are wrong sizes once they are customised (embroidered or printed).
Pro Sports Kit UK accept no responsibility for any damage to goods not supplied by themselves during the print and embroidery process.
Delivery Service:
Pro Sports Kit UK use APC Couriers and send all items on a 24 hour delivery service. This is on date of dispatch orders of stock items can take 10-15 working days. This is due to ordering in the products and the time it takes to customise. During busy periods, this is subject to change and you will be notified at the time of you placing your order.
All orders are subject to a £6.75 delivery charge. Certain heavy products i.e. Goal Posts, Line Marking fluid Etc, can be subject to an extra charge.
All parcels/deliveries need to be signed for and we are only set up to ship to UK Mainland UK. Please contact us for any International or for non UK Mainland orders, so we can calculate the carriage charge. It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address (as provided by yourself) on the day of delivery to sign for the goods. If you are not available to sign for the goods, then it becomes your responsibility to contact the delivery company and ARRANGE FOR A REPEAT DELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. No items can be returned for credit, due to a failed delivery where you or your appointed representative was not available at the time of delivery to sign for the goods.
Pro Sports Kit UK will send you a notification email on the day the goods are dispatched. APC will send you a tracking umber on the day are dispatched, so you can track your parcel.

All orders must be confirmed in writing, via post or email. This is to include conformation of all the items, sizes and any customisation required to each individual items ordered.
Invoices are payable upon receipt. If any invoices are not paid in full within 30 days of date of invoice, then we will be in entitled to charge interest on any amounts outstanding beyond 30 days from date of invoice at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
Any disputes must be notified in writing (or via email accounts@prosportskit.uk) to Pro Sports Kit UK Limited within 7 days of delivery.
All good remain the property of Pro Sports Kit UK Limited until paid in full.
